This is the ideal “MC” package for those who just want to get things started then take over for themselves, or those who want to have a friend or family have the honour of being the “MC” on your big day, whilst having a bit of help to ensure it all goes smoothly.

  • On-Site Support up to 1 hour prior to reception
  • Order of Events / Timeline for reception
  • Assistance with Speech / Toast Writing for couple
  • “Handy Hints” for managing your reception (with some great conversation starter ideas and reception games)
  • 1 hour mentoring for your chosen MC (family / friend)
  • Seating of Guests: Ensure guests are seated / in position and ready at start of reception
  • The Grand Entry: A grand welcome to the couple to the reception
  • First Speeches: Introduce first speeches
  • Handover: Handover to person of choice for remainder of evening.

If you don’t want to have to worry about any of it, and just know it is in good hands, will run smooth (and fun!) then this is the package option for you.

  • On-Site Support after your ceremony to transition guests between ceremony & reception (all the little details, directions and “need to know items”)
  • On-Site Support up to 1 hour prior to reception
  • Order of Events / Timeline for reception
  • Assistance with Speech / Toast Writing for couple
  • Zoom walk through / talk through on the flow of everything
  • Seating of Guests: Ensure guests are seated / in position and ready at start of reception
  • The Grand Entry: A grand welcome to the couple to the reception
  • Speeches: Introduce all the speeches throughout the night
  • First Dance: Introduce first dance
  • Storytelling & Visual Display: Photo / Video slideshow set up and storytelling for the couple.
  • Throwing / Spinning of the Bouquet
  • Cutting of the Cake
  • Conversation Starters & Reception Games to keep it flowing and the fun happening throughout the celebration
  • Traditional elements 
  • Handover or “Wrap Up”: Handover to person of choice for the last part of the evening when all the “bits” are done and people may / may not party on, unless you have a time limit in which case I will help you to wrap it up!

Price varies dependent upon location, timeframe of MC role and amount of preparation required. A formal quotation will be provided when we discuss your needs.
